TQ Global (TQ Global Ltd.) was established in year 2006. It is headquartered in Hong Kong, with companies in USA, Singapore and Mainland China. TQ is primarily engaged in the development of a world-class digital content leader based in China while targeting the global market. TQ is engaged in the following businesses:
ADPA(Academy of Digital, Performing & Fine Art): serve as the human resources and technology R&D arm for the Group. ADPA’s institute of digital game technology(IDGT) has cooperated with Singapore Nanyang Technological University since 2006, providing master student scholarship in high-end game development. The scholarship program has published 21 papers related to game technology in major academic journals around the world. Besides, IDGT has cooperated with Shenzhen University, providing bachelor courses in digital media technology and game design. In 2011, IDGT established digital media lab in Xi’an Petroleum University for new media platform development. IDGT trains and supplies the needed personnel and right technology to power the development of digital content for the entire group and has the potential to franchise/license additional schools and training centers in China. IDGT will be expanded from Singapore to China, including training center in Guangdong Animation City, Conghua, China.
TQ Digital Platform Technology: was established in 2011 in a new field within the content creation and management business. TQ digital platform technology helps companies build new media platforms to promote, distribute and interact with their customers.
TQ Game: was formed in 2006 to develop racing games for Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox. TQ Game together with Singapore MDA debuted the world 1st MMO-IBOE game in the Singapore Pavilion in the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai China. TQ Game will expand its multiple revenue models in 2012, using game portal, on-line and on-location racing competitions with live TV broadcasting and SMS through its MMO-IBOE game platform and E-commerce platform too sell digital assets in game, in-game advertising, 4D arcade racing platform, etc.
Digital Content Archiving: has been involved in digital data archiving and distribution since 2008. TQ has digitized over 2,600 hours of Singapore government’s media content, stored and distributed them on the internet since 2010. Other than the Singapore government, we have digitized over 600 hours for other companies as well. The business will be expanded from Singapore to China.
You Li Tong Payment System: will partner with China UnionPay to enter into the payment gateway business for paperless lottery on-line and mobile payment in mid 2012. In addition, the company plans to enter the large e-commerce market in China using its proprietary voice activated payment gateway (the only patented technology in China) at the same time.
